Pioneer Gymnastics Academy was started in 1991. Over the years, we have been blessed with the opportunity to teach and train the children of Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Our Pioneer family grew to the point that our home facility on Pioneers Boulevard was no longer big enough to support our needs. Thus began the journey that we are currently on. In May of 2018, the sale of our Pioneer land was finalized, and our Pioneer family moved into two temporary locations until we can build a permanent home.

Our goal at Pioneer Gymnastics Academy is to teach children of all ages and ability levels the sport of gymnastics in a safe, energetic, and fun environment.

We believe that the best way to teach and encourage young athletes is by positive reinforcement balanced with structure and discipline to ensure everyone’s safety. We recognize that each child is a unique individual and should be taught in a manner that is most conducive to their learning and skill ability.

Our USAG  boy's team training facility houses all of the Olympic apparatus for boys as well as a 30’ long tumble tramp and competition sized trampoline to make learning tumbling easier and more fun. We utilize a large assortment of skill shapes, training aides, and conditioning stations to help safely build strong athletes. The team gym plays host to our boys competitive teams, Levels 3 through 10.

Our recreation and girls team gym is home to all of our classes, from Preschool through High School Tumbling, in addition to being the home of our USAG Girls and AmeriKids teams.

The preschool gym is equipped with all the modern equipment designed especially for preschool-aged children. All of our apparatus is scaled down to meet the unique size limitations of our youngest students. Within our preschool gym, you will find balance beams, uneven bars, still rings, a variety of tumbling apparatus, a trampoline, and much more.

On the primary side of the gym you will find all of the Olympic apparatus for boys and girls as well as a Tumbl Trak, rod floor, and competition sized trampoline. Our classes work to increase familiarity with gymnastics by using circuits and basic progressions. Whether your child is just starting their gymnastics career or is an accomplished gymnast looking to continue their journey, we have the class for you.

The back gym is home to our USAG Girls and AmeriKids Teams. This gym houses all our competition equipment plus another Tumbl Trak and competition size trampoline.

All of our apparatus is completely matted with competition quality landing surfaces as well as a large assortment of safety landing mats. Nothing is more important than your child’s safety at Pioneer Gymnastics.
